In this weekend workshop, we will break down the classic Hatha Yoga sequence as taught to Ariela by the Sivananada School of yoga in South India, and we will add her many years of experience as a Thai Massage teacher to help deepen the postures.

Please bring a yoga mat. If you need one let Ariela know. We can bring Chocolate for the chocolate alter so we can enjoy sharing during breaks, Id bring a lunch to class since we have an hour break at 12.

We are a small School and can not issue refunds. We do grant credit for future classes. .
