Bodhi Sangha is the cultivation of a community that has evolved over the last 20 years with Ariela Grodner.
The intent for this family is to allow growth and support in the cultivation of mindfulness and compassion.

Three Month Program At Florida School of Massage
This program is a commitment of three months. The location is at the beautiful Florida school of massage where Ariela will offer a systematic approach to ancient medicine applicable to students working in professional environments. It is possible to just join for any one of these classes as a continuation of ones education. If you mis a date you can make it up next cycle.

7 Month Thai Massage Certification at Florida School of Massage 2025
This is the basic program that Ariela has been teaching for over two decades. It is a consecutive series the builds on one's ability to become exceptional at Thai Massage. We will meet the last weekend of every month beginning in May 2025. There are still
7 Month Program Master Class at the SHALA
This is the program developed by ariela for the more serious students who want to take their practice to the next level. We will be studying specific protocols and treatment plans along with tools.
Master Student Title-
All students who have completed all seven phases of the earlier certification program titled” Ayurveda and Thai-Massage Certification” are eligible to take this class. If you have taken both programs you will receive the title of master student and be eligible to come to any of Ariela's classes in the future as an assistant teacher at no charge.
Phase 1- Herbal Compress and Thai Massage ( Make up next round)

Phase 2- Thai Massage for head and neck pain with poultice. December 7th-8th 2024
Phase 3- Thai Massage for digestion and fire cupping treatment January 4th -5th 2025
Phase 4- Thai Massage for Hip Pain class and Gua Sha Feb 1st-2 nd 2025
Phase 5- Thai Massage for Shoulder Pain with Moxa March 1st-2nd 2025
Phase 6=Thai Massage for Pregnancy with Ayurvedic oils April 5th -6th 2025
Phase 7 - Thai Massage for Knee Pain and EYE Care Netra Basti ( Graduation) -May 3rd-4th 2025
If students take both program they will be awareded a Masters Certification. The 3 month program can be applied hours toward the Mat work class
Are you ready for the journey?
Dont worry about the order of the classes . Some students begin with Phase 1 and some begin at Phase 3, just dive in at any phase and know it all works out in the end.
